Latitude @ World Square (Ernst & Young Building)In the heart of the Sydney CDB a major steel high rise reaches to the skies using steel design by Elmarsry. It utilises current best practice in composite steel. Its a building that has redefined how steel design can be used to construct a high rise quickly in the heart of a busy city. The building has 55 levels with 62,000 square meters of premium office space located over a 3 level retail podium, seven levels of car parking and a loading dock level.
